About Our Calendar

Our calendar was launched in June 2022 using the LiveWhale calendar software and can be viewed by the general public. The ability to create events and submit events for consideration is limited to calendar administrators and the UChicago community.

The University of Chicago Calendar offers a comprehensive list of UChicago events, including lectures, conferences, performing arts, exhibitions, community activities, and more. The calendar can be viewed by day, week, or month and offers a search filtered by event types, date, or tags.

The calendar is maintained by UChicago’s IT Services and the Office of Communications. If you need assistance entering events and you have a valid CNetID, please contact us.
